Shipping policy

1. Free Standard Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the date your order is processed.

2. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping may be available upon request  Please email customersupport@dad-bag.com to see if international shipping is available for your location. Additional shipping charges will be required. 

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

DAD BAG is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once delivered to the shipping address provided. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly with the damage details.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
